Denise Chilton established Barceidillo following a successful career, predominantly in the Financial Services industry.

As a manager she became aware that work place stress and related illnesses were impacting the bottom line of many businesses, increasing the sickness absence levels and effecting the job satisfaction of their people.

As an area that was moving up the agenda for companies, individuals and the Government, so began her interest in programmes to help people understand stress and ways that it can be managed.

Her passion to help people improve the quality of their lives first led her into clinical aromatherapy were she specialised in stress related cases before moving on to qualify at diploma level in Corporate and Professional Stress Management.

Denise has a natural gift when it comes to dealing with people and she understands only too well the pressures and challenges people face in the workplace, whatever their position. Her emphatic nature, ability to interact with people on all levels and her real understanding of the subject, has been the key to her success, to promote health and well being in the UK business sector.
